Earlier this week OHA released this statement<https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/ORDHS/bulletins/3689be7> regarding a data breach.  Mailings were sent July 31st to impacted individuals.  You may begin to receive questions as these mailings are received.  I hope this statement provides clarification. If Oregonians have questions regarding their letter, please have them call our ONE Customer Service Center at 800-699-9075 (Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time).
