<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt"><span class="contentpasted0"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black">As you may know, the TANF program clothing allowance helps families purchase seasonally appropriate clothing for their children. The clothing
allowance program began in September 2022, with an ongoing cycle of payments released in August, November and May. </span></span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt"><span class="contentpasted0"><b><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black">ODHS mistakenly notified 19,896 TANF families that they would receive a clothing allowance payment in June</span></b></span><span class="contentpasted0"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black">.
These families had already received their notice and clothing allowance in May. </span></span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt"><span class="contentpasted0"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black">This was a notice error only. No additional payments were made to families who received an incorrect notice. </span></span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
