<p class="MsoNormal">The Agency Request Budget (ARB) is how the Oregon Department of Human Services plans and asks for funding for the next two-year budget cycle. The agency looks at service needs, program costs, and future demand to decide what resources are
needed to continue serving people across Oregon. That proposal goes to the Governor and Legislature, who review it and decide the final budget.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">You work closely with the people and communities we serve every day. You see how policy and budget decisions affect services. Your experience and perspective are important as we plan for the future.<o:p></o:p></p>
