<div>1. DISCUSSION AND FORECAST FOR NORTHEAST FORECAST AREA ZONES 630-638</div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Upper level low will essentially remain in place along the central California coast rotating clouds and moisture over the region from the east to southeast. Expect another round of showers and/or thundershowers developing
over the region. Air mass will be stable during the night and early morning hours, destabilizing during the afternoon. Wind flow will be light and erratic, making smoke dispersion mostly poor to fair.</div>

<div> OUTLOOK (FRIDAY - SUNDAY):</div>
<div> </div>
<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Upper level low starts weakening on Friday and shifts inland over the weekend, becoming a trough over the intermountain region. Air mass will gradually dry out with showers decreasing. Expect mostly fair skies with temperatures
near normal. Air mass will be mostly stable during the morning hours becoming unstable during the afternoon. Smoke dispersion will be mostly fair.</div>
