<div>1. DISCUSSION AND FORECAST FOR NORTHEAST FORECAST AREA ZONES 630-638</div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Weather this week will be dominated by high pressure aloft, with the axis of the high pressure remaining offshore. Temperatures aloft should remain cool enough for good mixing heights, however. Transport winds will be generally
light and have a southwesterly component. </div>

<div> OUTLOOK (WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY):</div>
<div> </div>
<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">The upper ridge will remain more-or-less stationary with a generally northerly or north-northwesterly flow aloft over the region for continued fair weather. Temperatures aloft should stay cool enough to allow mixing heights
to be high enough to provide fair to good smoke dispersal conditions throughout the outlook period. </div>

<div>Zone 630 and 632:</div>
<div>Mixing height 1700 - 2700 ft during the morning. Afternoon mixing height rises to 4200 - 5000 ft then lowers below 1000 ft during the evening.</div>

<div>Transport wind S to SW at 5 - 9 mph during the morning. Transport wind becomes light and variable during the afternoon then increases to SW to WNW at 6 - 10 mph during the evening.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Surface wind S to SW at 4 - 8 mph during the morning. Surface wind shifts to SW to W at 4 - 8 mph during the afternoon then becomes light and variable and controlled by local terrain during the evening.</div>

<div>Zone 633 - 638:</div>
<div>Mixing height 2600 - 3600 ft during the morning. Afternoon mixing height rises to 4000 - 5000 ft then lowers below 1000 ft during the evening.</div>

NNE at 10 - 20 mph during the afternoon. Surface wind SW to W at 5 - 7 mph during the morning becoming NNW to NNE at 10 - 16 mph during the afternoon.</div>

<div>Avoid ignitions within 15 miles to the S through WNW of SSRAs. For units that will smolder significantly through the night avoid burning within at least 30 miles to the S through WNW in or near drainages leading to SSRAs. Verify transport winds away
from SSRAs if burning in any other direction. Recommend against burning units that will smolder significantly overnight. </div>

<div>Zone 633 - 638:</div>
<div>Avoid ignitions within 15 miles to the SSW through WNW of SSRAs. For units that will smolder significantly through the night avoid burning within at least 30 miles to the SSW through WNW in or near drainages leading to SSRAs. Verify transport winds away
