<div>1. DISCUSSION AND FORECAST FOR NORTHEAST FORECAST AREA ZONES 630-638</div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">The upper pattern slowly shifts from northwest flow aloft to southwest flow during the day. Surface winds will be variable and terrain influenced and prescribed burns close to sensitive areas should wait until Tuesday when
a more definite south-southeasterly transport will allow more confidence in smoke trajectories. </div>

<div>OUTLOOK (TUESDAY-SATURDAY)</div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Models indicate a more definite south-southeast flow Tuesday. Light rain reaches the region during the morning and increases during the afternoon. Showers taper off Wednesday afternoon and weather should be dry on Thursday.
Both Wednesday and Thursday should have generally good smoke dispersal conditions. </div>

<div>Mixing height 2000 - 3000 ft during the morning. Mixing height rises above 5000 ft during the afternoon then lowers below 1000 ft during the evening.</div>

<div>Transport wind SSE to SSW at 4 - 8 mph during the morning. Transport wind becomes light and variable and controlled by local terrain during the afternoon then increases to ENE to ESE at 4 - 8 mph during the evening.</div>

<div>Surface wind light and variable and controlled by local terrain.</div>

<div>Zone 633 - 638:</div>
<div>Mixing height 2400 - 3400 ft during the morning. Mixing height rises to above 5000 ft during the afternoon then lowers to 1300 - 2300 ft during the evening.</div>

<div>Transport wind SSE to SW at 5 - 9 mph throughout the morning and afternoon. Transport wind shifts to SE to S and increases to 10 - 20 mph during the evening.</div>
