<div>1. DISCUSSION AND FORECAST FOR NORTHEAST FORECAST AREA ZONES 630-638</div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">A complex upper air situation in progress during the day on Tuesday. An upper level low will retrograde westward across central British Columbia and a second upper level low will move toward Oregon over the ocean from the
southwest. The two systems will combine for southwesterly flow aloft and a Pacific cold front will spread rain into the region. Amounts will be significant, greatest since last spring most areas, however the heaviest rains will actually move into northern
California. </div>

<div> OUTLOOK (WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY)</div>
<div> </div>
<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Expect post-frontal showers on Wednesday. Snow levels should be 7000 feet or above. Mixing heights should be quite high for good smoke dispersal conditions. On Thursday a front moves mainly into northwest Oregon and western
Washington. Some light rain should make it east of the Cascades. By Friday dry weather will return to the area. Mixing heights should be high enough to allow for fair to good smoke dispersal conditions. </div>

<div>Transport wind SSE to S at 14 - 28 mph during the morning. Transport wind increases to SE to S at 22 - 38 mph during the afternoon and evening.</div>

<div>Surface wind SSE to S at 12 - 22 mph during the morning. Surface wind increases to SE to S at 15 - 29 mph during the afternoon and evening.</div>

- 34 mph during the morning becoming SW to W at 12 - 22 mph during the afternoon. In the east transport wind SSW to SW at 16 - 26 mph during the morning becoming SW to WSW at 8 - 14 mph during the afternoon. Surface wind SSW to SW at 12 - 22 mph during the
morning becoming SW to W at 6 - 12 mph during the afternoon.</div>

<div>3. BURNING INSTRUCTIONS FOR NORTHEAST OREGON ZONES 630-638</div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Avoid ignitions within 10 miles to the SSE through SSW of SSRAs. For units that will smolder significantly through the night avoid burning within at least 10 miles to the SSE through SW in or near drainages leading to SSRAs.
Care needed in selecting units as smoke will likely fumigate along the ground in wind prone areas. No additional restrictions necessary. </div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Zone 633 - 638:</div>
