<div>1. DISCUSSION AND FORECAST FOR NORTHEAST FORECAST AREA ZONES 630-638</div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Cold front and upper level trough are approaching the region this afternoon and will bring increasing clouds to the area later this afternoon and evening. Moisture will spread in from the west to the east overnight. Cold
front will move through tomorrow morning with rain turning to showers as the upper level trough follows. Snow level will lower to around 5000 – 6000 ft. Front will bring improving mixing and dispersion under brisk SW’erly flow. </div>

<div> OUTLOOK (SATURDAY - MONDAY):</div>
<div> </div>
<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Upper level trough will remain over the region until Sunday keeping the air mass cool, moist, and unstable. Brief upper ridge follows Sunday with the air mass stabilizing Sunday night. Ridge then gets shoved eastward by the
next front and trough on Monday. Expect an increasing chance of moisture later Monday. With the exception of the brief ridge, the air mass should remain mostly unstable, and smoke dispersion good through the period.</div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Mixing height below 3000 ft early rising to 4000 - 5000 ft by late morning. Afternoon mixing height rises above 5000 ft and remains above 5000 ft through the evening.</div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Transport wind SW to W at 20 - 35 mph during the morning and afternoon. Transport wind decreases to WSW to W at 15 - 28 mph during the evening.</div>
