influenced by local terrain. Smoke dispersion will be poor in the early morning
but become fair to good Sunday afternoon. The flow aloft turns westerly Monday
with a strong cold front forecast to spread rain, from west to east, across the
region Monday afternoon and night. Increasing southerly transport winds will
make for fair to good smoke dispersion. A cold upper-level trough will bring
numerous showers Tuesday with the snow level dropping to 4000 feet in the
afternoon. Smoke dispersion should be excellent.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
