brought two soaking storms to the region will direct another wet weather system
across Washington and Oregon. Significant rainfall is possible again across
northeastern Oregon. Although rainfall totals from this system should
generally be less than from the previous two storms, it will help to maintain
the areas of minor to moderate flooding already occurring. Clouds and rain will
cool surface temperatures back below normal. Smoke dispersal conditions will
be good with high daytime mixing heights and increasing onshore flow.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

font-family:"Courier New"'>No major change to the overall weather pattern is
expected. However, the region will get another brief break between storms on
Monday, with skies becoming partly to mostly sunny in the afternoon.
Temperatures will warm to near normal. Yet another weather system is forecast
to bring back a chance of showers by Tuesday afternoon with showers likely
Wednesday along with a chance of afternoon thunderstorms. Temperatures will
cool back below normal. The cool and damp weather pattern is forecast to
continue at least through Friday. High afternoon mixing heights and strong
onshore flow will provide good daytime smoke dispersal conditions during the
outlook period.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
