remain over the region Monday.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>There
does not appear to be as much moisture available for precipitation as was the
case on Sunday. However, expect periods of light rain throughout the day.<span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Temperatures will be 10 to 15 degrees below
average for mid-May. Elevations above 4000 feet will see precipitation as snow.<span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Mixing heights will be fairly high and smoke
dispersal condition will be good.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span><o:p></o:p></span></p>

essentially unchanged for Tuesday.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>There
will still be enough moisture to keep areas of light rain in the forecast.<span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Temperatures will still be well below average
– generally 6 to 10 degrees down from normal for mid May.<span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Transport winds will be variable but mixing
heights should be quite high.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span><o:p></o:p></span></p>

drifts east with a ridge building to the west.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>
</span>The region will still be on the cool side of the jet with 120mph winds
cutting into California near San Francisco. It will still be cool with
temperatures mostly 8 to 10 degrees below average.<span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>High mixing heights and a generally northwest
transport wind should provide for good smoke dispersal conditions.</span><span
