persistent cool upper level low remains over the Pacific Northwest on Wednesday
moving slowly eastward. An upper level ridge will be building to the west.
Moisture is limited but some showers are possible. Temperatures will be cool - 4
to 8 degrees below average.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Expect a
north transport wind and high maximum mixing heights for good smoke dispersal
conditions.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Thursday the upper trough finally pulls east as the ridge to the west continues

levels over the Pacific Northwest.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>
</span>Temperatures will be near average. It will still be cool aloft, though,
for high maximum mixing heights and good smoke dispersal conditions. Expect
northerly transport winds. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

morning a sharp upper level ridge axis will be right along the coastline and

near to above average. Mixing heights should climb to above 5000 feet for good
smoke dispersal conditions, although winds will be quite light early, <span
class=GramE>then</span> switch to west to northwest in the afternoon.<span
