weak and transitory upper level ridge drifts west to east across the region on

moving across the Pacific and ends up about 500 miles west of Tillamook by late
in the day.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Look for dry weather but
increasing clouds later in the day.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>
</span>Mixing heights will be quite high and transport winds will be southerly
except light and variable in the northeast mountains. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

Wednesday morning the upper low has moved to within 300 miles of the

onshore early and spreads rain across all of Oregon during the day.<span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Amounts of between about a quarter and a half
of an inch are likely.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Mixing heights
will climb to 5000 feet or above and strong south-southwest to south-southeast
winds will allow for good smoke dispersal conditions.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

jet stream cutting across the coastline in southern Oregon.<span

Look for south to west-southwest transport winds and good smoke dispersal
