<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">An active Pacific weather system is moving into northwestern Oregon this morning. Rainfall from this system should remain north of the region for the most part. Expect mostly cloudy skies and mild temperatures today. Mixing
heights will be favorable for good smoke dispersal. Transport winds will be generally southwesterly. </div>
