<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">An upper level disturbance tracks across the Pacific Ocean and into northern California during the day. Scattered showers will continue and smoke dispersal conditions will be marginal. </div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Weather conditions will be dry Tuesday. Transport flow will be variable becoming westerly later in the day. Mixing heights will be suppressed and smoke dispersal conditions will be marginal. A weakening front brings scattered
showers to the region Wednesday afternoon and evening. High pressure returns Thursday for light winds and suppressed mixing heights. Smoke dispersal conditions will be poor. Recommend not planning units near smoke sensitive areas for Thursday. </div>

<div>Mixing height 2100 - 3100 ft during the morning and afternoon. Mixing height lowers below 1000 ft during the evening.</div>

<div>Transport wind SW to WSW at 13 - 25 mph during the morning. Transport wind decreases to W to NW at 6 - 10 mph during the afternoon and evening.</div>

<div>Surface wind SW to WSW at 10 - 18 mph during the morning. Surface wind shifts to W to NW and decreases to 4 - 8 mph during the afternoon then becomes light and variable and controlled by local terrain during the evening.</div>
