onshore Sunday, with some high clouds likely streaming into the region.
Daytime smoke dispersion should be good. The upper-level ridge is forecast to
rebuild Monday with morning inversions and slackening transport winds.
Increasing southwesterly flow aloft is forecast to bring another weak system
into western Washington and northwestern Oregon Tuesday. Increasing transport
winds should improve daytime ventilation conditions with good afternoon mixing.</span><span
