forecast to build over Oregon for continued dry conditions. Warming aloft will
combine with October’s lowering sun angle to strengthen overnight
surface-based inversions. Afternoon smoke dispersal conditions will
deteriorate each day, becoming marginal by Monday and poor by Tuesday.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
