It pulls slowly south during the day and by evening is centered over Wendover, Utah. As the low moves away weak upper ridging builds offshore. Scattered light showers are possible through much of the day. This low will be a major weather feature for several days. Wednesday, however, will only see an increase in cloudiness through the day. Temperatures will be from 5 to 8 degrees above average. Models indicate a fair amount of shear in the transport winds. Winds will be generally northwesterly at low levels backing to southwesterly with height.
