moving slowly eastward. An upper level ridge will be building to the west.
Moisture is limited but some showers are possible. Temperatures will be cool - 9

north transport wind and high maximum mixing heights for good smoke dispersal
conditions.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

</span>Temperatures will still be 3 to 5 degrees below average. It will still
be cool aloft, though, for high maximum mixing heights and good smoke dispersal
