<div>1. DISCUSSION AND FORECAST FOR THE WESTERN OREGON AREA FORECAST ZONES 601-623</div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Upper level ridge is building over the state today with just some variable high clouds running through the ridge. Ridge will continue building in tonight and tomorrow with clouds dissipating. Expect a sunny and warm day tomorrow.
Air mass will stabilize with only interior locations in southwest Oregon and east of the Cascades breaking the temperature inversion enough to have a brief period of good mixing during maximum heating. Wind flow will be light, favoring offshore flow during
the morning and onshore NW to N flow during the afternoon. Smoke dispersion will be mostly poor.</div>

<div> OUTLOOK (MONDAY - WEDNESDAY)</div>
<div> </div>
<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Upper level ridge continues to build over the state through Monday before weakening and shifting eastward on Tuesday. Expect Monday to be the warmest day of the period with inland lowland locations reaching the upper 70s to
upper 80s. As the ridge shifts eastward on Tuesday, it will open the door to a marine push Tuesday afternoon. Upper level trough and front move in Wednesday increasing shower activity and bringing considerably cooler air. Air mass destabilizes Wednesday.
Look for poor to fair smoke dispersion Monday, improving dispersion Tuesday afternoon, then mostly good dispersion Wednesday.</div>
