<div>1. DISCUSSION AND FORECAST FOR THE WESTERN OREGON AREA FORECAST ZONES 601-623</div>
<div> </div>
<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">After a brief respite from rain later Sunday another Pacific cold front will move in Monday afternoon and Monday night. Precipitation from this system will be lighter than what fell Saturday and Sunday morning. Snow level
will be around 4000 feet. Mixing heights will be high for good smoke dispersal conditions. </div>
<div> </div>
<div> OUTLOOK (TUESDAY-THURSDAY)</div>
<div> </div>
<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">An upper level trough in the Gulf of Alaska will dominate weather through the outlook period. The trough will move slowly eastward and be exiting the region by Friday. Several weather systems will rotate around that upper
system and affect the area. The strongest of those will be on Wednesday. The net result will be mostly wet and windy weather with high mixing heights and good smoke dispersal conditions. </div>
