average for mid-May. Elevations above 3000 feet will see precipitation as snow
in the north, while the snow level will be around 4000 feet in the south.<span

essentially unchanged for Tuesday.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>There
will still be enough moisture to keep areas of light rain in the forecast.<span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Temperatures will still be well below
average, generally 3 to 7 degrees below in the north and 8 to 12 degrees down
from average in the south.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Transport
winds will be highly variable with generally a northerly component in northern
zones, and a tendency toward south or southwest in the south.<span

</span>High mixing heights and a generally northwest to north transport wind
should provide for good smoke dispersal conditions.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
