moving slowly eastward. An upper level ridge will be building to the west.
Moisture is limited but some showers are possible. Temperatures in the north
should rebound to near average for this time of year, but temperatures in the
south and on the coast will be 6 to 10 degrees below average.<span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Expect a north to northwest transport wind
and relatively high maximum mixing heights for fair to good smoke dispersal

will be near average to about 5 degrees above average. It will still be cool
aloft, though, for high maximum mixing heights and fair to good smoke dispersal
conditions. Expect north to northeast transport winds.<span
