</span>Temperatures will be 9-13 degrees below average in the north and 15 to
18 degrees below average in the south.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>
</span>In addition, another Pacific cold front moves in during the day to keep
things wet.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Expect strong southerly
transport winds and fair to good smoke dispersal conditions.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Forecast charts show winds over 150 mph at
30,000 feet.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>The freezing level will
periodically drop below 4000 feet.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Temperatures
will generally be 10-15 degrees below average.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>
</span>Transport winds will be southwesterly and smoke dispersal conditions

12 degrees below average.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Mixing heights
should climb to around 4000 feet most areas and transport winds will start out
variable, then become west or northwest during the afternoon.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
