[Sora] Free Intro to Python workshop through OSU Libraries

Hi SORA folks,
OSU Libraries has a couple of (free) Intro to Python workshops hosted by L. Borland with seats still available this month. The content in both sessions is the same.
About: This is an introductory workshop to Python for beginners. We will follow a shortened version of the Software Carpentry lesson "Programming with Python." We will talk about reading data with Python and organizing it in variables, vectors, and matrices. We will perform some basic operations on the data (mean, maximums, minimums), create some visualizations, and save them. Please install Anaconda on your own computer for the workshop. Format: The session will be offered via Zoom. Registration is required; event URL will be sent via registration email.
