Operations and Policy Analyst 4</a> to provide policy analysis, project management, coordination, and quality assurance of work related to HERC.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><b><span style="font-size:14.0pt">What you will do!</span></b><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><br>
In this role, the majority of the work will be through project management and related policy analysis of the HERC evidence-based reports and Prioritized List of Health Services. These duties include coordinating, analyzing and evaluating work completed by
physicians and researchers to ensure quality, relevance and alignment with HERC goals and the agency’s initiatives.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="text-align:inherit"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Analysis will include health claims and epidemiological data to perform topic identification, selection and to inform coverage policy proposals. Other pertinent subject matter comprises comparative
effectiveness research of clinical services, coverage guidance, benefit structure, prior authorization policies, payment methodologies, and other health system transformation efforts. Issues and recommendations have the potential of being controversial to
the affected constituents, state agencies and the governor’s office.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
