<p class="MsoNormal">This manager will focus on directing two new Health Analytics/HPA teams:<o:p></o:p></p>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">The Infrastructure for Data Engagement and Access (IDEA) team works to advance the use of business intelligence tools and data visualization techniques throughout the Office of Health
Analytics and HPA to strengthen the connection between the data and policy/decision makers. This team will be responsible for developing a new system for managing data and work requests that come to Health Analytics.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">The REALD & SOGI Health Analytics team works in partnership with teams from the Equity and Inclusion Division (OEI), the Office of Forecasting, Research and Analysis (OFRA), and the
Office of Information Services (OIS). These teams work together to support the collection of race, ethnicity, language, disability (REALD), and sexual orientation gender identity (SOGI) data. Collecting REALD and SOGI data is vital in supporting OHA’s goals
of eliminating health inequities by 2030. <o:p></o:p></li></ul>
