<p style="margin:0in;background:white"><span style="color:black">This position will lead a Health Analytics team that works in partnership with teams from the Equity and Inclusion Division (OEI), the Office of Information Services (OIS), and other OHA and Oregon
Department of Human Services (ODHS) offices. These teams work together to create and maintain analytical processes for the collection and storage of data for race, ethnicity, language and disability (REALD) and sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI).
In particular, the REALD & SOGI Health Analytics team will: </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3;background:white"><span style="color:black">work with OEI and other agency partners to support an interim REALD/SOGI data repository to be used for analytic and programmatic purposes;</span><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3;background:white"><span style="color:black">support HPA teams in their use and understanding of REALD/SOGI data for analytic and reporting purposes; and</span><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3;background:white"><span style="color:black">represent HPA in REALD/SOGI work, including supporting implementation of the 2021 Data Justice Act (HB 3159). OEI and OIS will lead implementation of HB 3159, which
will include adding SOGI to data collection standards, building a data collection system for both REALD and SOGI, implement reporting requirements for provider and health plan reporting, and supporting community partners serving underrepresented populations
to help report these data. </span><o:p></o:p></li></ul>
