for services offered by the Oregon Department of Human Services and the Oregon Health Authority. OFRA is a shared service of both agencies, and prides itself on objectivity, transparency and professionalism. The forecasting team work with public policy professionals,
incorporate economic factors and engage with decision-makers to determine the future need for human services in the State of Oregon.
