help with your recruitment’s reach of potential applicants. This could be community partnerships, paid memberships with external organizations, magazines, associations, etc.

<p class="MsoNormal">I recently learned, for example, that OSU’s Equal Opportunity & Access Office maintains an email distribution listserv that they require all announcements get sent through to ensure they are reaching women, members, of historically underrepresented
groups, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. They also provide a <a href="https://eoa.oregonstate.edu/recruitment-resource-guide">
Recruitment Resource Guide</a> that can help you get a list of potential resources specific to your position(s) and goals.
