spot from the dates, we’re trying out a new format this year with just one day of workshops. Along with the other changes we’ve made to reduce ticket prices, this will substantially decrease the total cost of conf and hopefully make it accessible to more folks.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

or job title. Speakers in previous years have found the coaching to be both fun and very worthwhile; it’s a great opportunity to polish your speaking skills while getting to know the other speakers.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To submit a talk, you’ll need to create a 60-second video that introduces you and your proposed topic. In the video, you should tell us who you are, why your topic is important,
and what the attendees will take away from it. If you’re interested, please submit a proposal at pos.it/conf-talks-2024. You can learn more about the selection process in our blog post from last year, which also includes a few examples of submissions that
