<p class="MsoNormal">Many countries recognize that there is a need for coordinated efforts to assess environmental risk and mapping resources. The State of Oregon Research Academy is committed to building bridges between state and local governments and the
people of Oregon we serve. We hope this event will be both an opportunity for communal voices and cross agency collaboration to begin mapping the gaps between what we know is needed during an emergency and what our communities can effectively weather.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">During this event we will have on the panel Hector Aguirre-Dominguez. Hector coordinates work on open and private data (and AI) in Portland and organizes different
