[State_HelpDesks] Upgrades and Failover Testing for Saturday, Feb.7, 2009

Hello,
 
    EDS will be performing upgrades and failover testing to core EDS
network equipment on Saturday, February 7th, 2009, beginning at 9pm PST
until 1 am on Sunday, February 8th, 2009. This maintenance will occur
outside of our regularly scheduled maintenance window of Monday from
Midnight to 3am. No downtime is expected during this maintenance. If you
have any concerns or questions, please contact the E-gov help desk at
