New SIG Beyond Online Learning Program

Experience a SIG Program from Home!

The new SIG Online Learning Program<http://www.up0.net/c.html?ufl=a&rtr=on&s=eapt,s8lf,dt1,kdn9,68wm,e83z,2dvk> is a unique 10-week online course that allows students ages 10-14 to engage in thought-provoking topics, as well as connect with peers from around the world, all from the convenience of home.

Program Details:

 *   All courses run for 10 weeks
 *   The first week includes an orientation to the SIG Beyond Online learning community
 *   Students typically spend 3-5 hours per week on course assignments
 *   Instructors will hold assistance hours online each week
Program Dates:

Tuesdays from October 2 through December 11, 2012

Cost:

$300 (plus $95.00 application fee)

Eligiblity:

Open to students who have been identified for a gifted and talented program or who can demonstrate eligibility for any SIG program


Courses:

 *   Advertising Smarts (Ages 10-12)
 *   The Proof is in the Logic (Ages 10-12)
 *   Future Studies (Ages 13-14)
