Thank you for your interest in OATAG!  This message confirms Saturday, October 20, 2012 as the date for this year's conference.  Please see below for more information about how to register by the early registration deadline of 9/30/12. The attached press release and preview include more details about the event!

OATAG (Oregon Association for Talented and Gifted) announces that registration is now open for its 2012 Conference scheduled for Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Century High School located at 2000 SW Century Blvd, in Hillsboro, Oregon 97123. This year's conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 3:55 p.m.  The conference theme is "Learning from our Children" and will feature a keynote speech entitled "One Degree from Kevin Bacon: Six Simple Rules My Students Taught Me" by Dr. LeoNora Cohen, Ed. D. Associate Professor in the College of Education at Oregon State University. Early registration ends on September 30, 2012 with registration starting at $49.99.  OATAG Members and non-members alike are welcome to attend.
