The conference will feature a keynote speech by Dr. David Lohman, Professor of Psychological & Quantitative Foundations College of Education at the University of Iowa.<br><br><b><i>The identification of gifted children: Lessons learned, visions for the future<br><br></i></b>Dr Lohman is one of the country's foremost experts on student assessment and co-authored the CogAT test.
