<div>I have subscribed each of you to the TAO board member intranet on the website. If you <u>did not</u> receive the original training you will receive an email with a one time password to enter the site.  At that time you will need to set up a new password for yourself.  If you received the original website training (Bob, Kim, Jo , Josie, Jeff, Sandy and Chris) you already have a password.  If you have forgotten it, follow the instructions for resetting.</div>

<div>Once you are on the website. scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'login'.  Enter your username (email address) and password.  A dashboard will appear.  Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard and click on 'intranet'.  The board site will appear and you can navigate the information on it.  You will find a calendar unique to the board and a menu on the right hand side of the screen.</div>
