<div>I want to issue a special invitation to the Summit Networking Dinner.  Each year we hold a networking dinner to give a chance to attendees who are interested to network with each other in an informal setting and to explore a topic that will be a primary focus for TAO in the upcoming year.  This year the topic will be healthcare transformation in Oregon and how telemedicine can play an effective role in that transformation.  To get us started Barney Speight will bring us up to date on the current state and future of healthcare reform in Oregon. Barney is the Vice-President of Health Care Reform at ODS Health Plan and a familiar face in healthcare policy in both Oregon and Washington.</div>

<div>The dinner is at Nel Centro Restaurant again this year.  For those of you who attended last year's dinner you know the wine and food are wonderful.  Tickets are available on the TAO website on the Summit page.  Please indicate your choice of entrees when you purchase your tickets.  Tickets to this event are limited so don't wait!</div>
