<p class="MsoNormal">As of Friday, January 31, most of the CTS accounts in the state are not currently working as the CVV (security code) has expired. US Bank sent out new CVV numbers and expiration dates to accounts in good standing approximately in November/December.
If you have not yet renewed your account, you’ll need to locate the letter with the information then follow these steps.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> Call US Bank to activate the new CVV number – when prompted for the last four digits of an SSN, use four zeros<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> Once the account is reactivated with the bank, inform the travel management contractor (TMC) of the new security code and expiration.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">You’ll want to keep the new expiration in the account files so you’ll know when to be on the alert for the next renewal.
