[Travel-Link] End of Year CTS Accounts expiration notice

Hello all,
As we start to approach the end of the year, now is the time review your CTS account with Azumano Travel to ensure it doesn't expire on 12/31/2012. Some CTS accounts may be expiring. If your account does expire, please make sure you have provided both US Bank and Azumano Travel updated contact information for your agency. This is critical. In the new few weeks, US Bank will be sending letters to those CTS accounts that are set to expire at the end of the year. The letters will contain the updated expiration date for your CTS account and the updated three digit CV Code. US Bank will be sending these letters to their last known point of contact with your agency. If that person is no longer with your agency, the letter could accidently be discarded. Please take the time now to ensure everything is up to date. If you account is expiring and after receiving the letter, please provide Azumano Travel the updated CTS account information so you profile is updated and tickets can still be purchased after the first of the year.
If you account doesn't expire, please retain this email for next year to prepare yourself in advance.
