<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Currently, State agencies under DAS procurement authority using the NuTravel booking tool via CTM will not need to do anything to transition to the new contract. Over the next year, these agencies will be
required to transition to a new booking tool called Concur. CTM and myself will be working together to communicate the change, coordinate trainings, and gradually change agency’s over to the new booking tool.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">ORCPP members can take advantage of this the booking tool (Concur) included on this contract as well. If you are currently using Concur or GetThere with CTM, you will see not a change. CTM will work with you
to start the new online booking fee. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-.25in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:105%">· Access to a robust reporting tool to track agency travel<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-.25in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:105%">· State contracted pricing for airfare, rental car and NASPO pricing for lodging will all be easily identified when booking a trip.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-.25in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:105%">· Agent booking over the phone is still available<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-.25in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:105%">· If the Agency’s travel procedures allow travelers to log in on a “view only” log in to view flights. This could make it easier for an agency travel
coordinator to book a trip. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
