[Travel_Policy-News] Possible need to resubscribe to listserv

Hello Travel Policy Contacts,

As you have likely seen in emails from other listservs, there is a legacy email infrastructure decommissioning project. As part of that, emails ending in "state.or.us" will no longer be working. Depending upon when you subscribed to our listserv, your email may end with "state.or.us" in our listserv system even though your actual email has been updated. In that scenario, beginning Monday, June 10, 2024, you will no longer receive any emails from our listserv unless you resubscribe.

As the hundreds of our listserv subscribers will not know if the email we have on file ends with "state.or.us" and we're not aware of which agency everyone is part of, the plan is to send an email on our listserv on Monday, June 10 at 10:00 am. If you do not receive that email, you'll need to resubscribe to our listserv to continue to receive updates. I will also send an email around the morning of Friday, June 7 as a reminder.

If you do need to resubscribe, instructions can be found here: https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/Newsgroups.aspx. As a way to manage the workload, please don't try and resubscribe before 10:30 am on Monday, June 10.
