[Travel_Policy-News] Please Review Travel Contacts

Good morning,

We are asking agencies to review the Travel Contacts<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/Travel_Contacts.pdf> list we maintain to ensure that we have accurate information. There are three areas to review, Travel Policy, Travel Card, and CTS.

Travel Policy: If you have updates to make, please notify Karen Williams at SWTP.DAS at das.oregon.gov<mailto:SWTP.DAS at das.oregon.gov>. We ask that each agency's travel policy contact be subscribed to the Travel Policy News (refer to note below about how to subscribe).

Travel Card and CTS: These contacts have been updated to the primary person that the Office of the State Controller (OSC) has recorded as having online access and review responsibility to each account in addition to being authorized to speak to OSC and US Bank regarding the accounts. If personnel changes are needed to either of these programs, our Travel Card and CTS Coordinator, Thomas Stevens, will work with the agency to obtain the proper documentation of the change and connect with US Bank to obtain the viewing rights and sign on information necessary to access the accounts. If your agency is listed as having multiple accounts, please contact Thomas and he will be able to share a comprehensive list. We ask that each agency's Travel Card and CTS contact be subscribed to the Travel Card News (refer to note below about how to subscribe).
