of the specific travel awards<BR>earned during the year, the specific travel 

awards used during the year,<BR>and the approximate dollar value of the travel 

awards. The dollar value<BR>of the travel awards used during the year are 

considered the total cost<BR>savings to the agency. </DIV>

<DIV><BR>The report may be in a letter format and must be signed by the 

Agency<BR>Head<SPAN class=856155415-03032009> or designee.</SPAN><BR><BR>A 

report is required to be submitted whether there were travel 

awards<BR>earned/used or not.  Oregon Accounting Manual Policy 40.10.00.PO
