Coordinators,<BR><BR>The General Services Administration (GSA) has
announced that the private vehicle<BR>mileage reimbursement rate will be 51.0
cents per mile, effective<BR>January 1, 2011. </SPAN> <?xml:namespace

<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">Therefore,
OAM 40.10.00.PO Appendix A will be amended to state<BR>"Effective 1/1/11,
vehicle mileage is 51.0 cents per mile. The State<BR>mileage rate mirrors the
GSA federal rate and changes automatically when<BR>the federal rate changes."
Thus, for travel that occurs on or after<BR>January 1, 2011, the reimbursement
rate for private vehicle mileage will<BR>be 51.0 cents per mile. <BR><BR>This
change affects all employees. HRSD Labor Relations has notified the<BR>affected
employees' union representatives (AEE, IAFF, KFAFFA and SEIU)<BR>about the rate
change and effective date. <BR><BR>If HRSD receives any objections, the affected
agencies will receive<BR>direction from
HRSD. </SPAN> <o:p></o:p></P></DIV>
