<i>Working Remotely</i>, the <a href="https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/40.10.00.pdf">
Statewide Travel Policy</a> has been updated to reflect those changes. The most noticeable change will be when determining mileage reimbursements, employees must deduct the mileage from their residence to their central workplace, an alternate workplace that
is not their residence, or mobile workplace, even if the employee works from their residence everyday or nearly everyday. Similarly, any costs incurred to travel from their residence to their central workplace, an alternate workplace that is not their residence,
or mobile workplace would be a personal cost and not eligible for reimbursement, examples would include, but not be limited to, airfare, hotel, meals, and parking at the central or alternate workplace. Additional comprehensive examples have been included at
the end of the policy to help travelers and agencies.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
