Managing KeyNavigator Users
Earlier this month, users of KeyBank's KeyNavigator may have received an e-mail from KeyBank announcing a new process for managing users. Treasury customers should not have received that message. Designated Password Administrators should continue to follow existing processes, including using Treasury's C.26 User Registration/Deregistration Request<https://oregon.gov/treasury/_layouts/download.aspx?SourceUrl=/treasury/public-financial-services/Documents/Public-Financial-Services-Cash-Management/C-26.pdf> form, to manage users.
