U.S. Bank ACH Reports/Files Delayed
Due to technical issues, returned and received ACH reports from U.S. Bank are delayed. Any U.S. Bank Nacha-formatted files that agencies may retrieve are also delayed-these files primarily relate to agencies' use of U.S. Bank E-Payment service. We currently do not have an estimate of when the reports will be available within Treasury's Online Services web portal. Please note that this delay does not impact any KeyBank ACH services or reporting. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this delay.
