<div>As you know, due to system issues at US Bank, Treasury was unable to post US Bank deposits (including merchant card and lockbox activity), Incoming ACH, ACH returned Items, Redeemed checks and US Bank Returned checks to agency accounts yesterday (8/4/10).
Today we successfully received and processed these outstanding files from US Bank for 8/4/10. </div>

<div>We were also able to receive and process all incoming US Bank files for today (8/5/10), with the exception of the US Bank Deposits file. </div>

<div>Due to a backlog of processes running at the bank, we were unable to receive the US Bank Deposit file this afternoon. We expect to have the 8/5/10 US Bank Deposit file available for processing tomorrow (8/6/10). Treasury will backdate all US Bank Deposits
for today with an effective date of 8/5/10 to ensure you receive your interest earnings as of today.</div>

<div>Online statements for 8/5/10 are now available on our web portal for your review. The 8/5/10 statements will include transactions for both 8/4/10 and 8/5/10. The transactions from 8/4/10 will have an effective date of 8/4/10.</div>
