<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">Treasury has learned that some agencies which process merchant cards may have recently received a notice of class action settlement in the mail concerning Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount
Antitrust Litigation. Please do not respond or take action with regard to the notice. Treasury is working with our Merchant Card processor to determine the best way to respond and will be providing additional information to impacted agencies soon.
